Step 1. Get started.

Simply click register at the top of the page and provide some basic information to create an account. Now you’re ready to bid! Explore items on offer either by category or clicking on an item. If you’d like to know more about a product, feel free to visit the local participating business in person, they’ll be happy to answer your questions.

Step 2. BID.

Take the plunge! Enter a bid amount or enter an Auto Bid.

Step 3. WIN:

Winning is simple, if you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you win! We’ll send you a list of items you won by email. Take your list into Kamloops This Week along with your photo ID, pay for your item and collect your KTW Winner’s Voucher. Present the voucher to the local participating business and collect your winnings.

Step 4. GRIN.

Auto Bid:

Here’s how it works. You Auto bid $50 on an item. The next highest bid is $20. Our system will outbid the other person by $1 and you’ll be the winning bidder at $21. The system will continue to outbid others for you by $1 all the way up to $50. If the bids never reach $50, you will pay the lowest amount needed to win. This way you can place your highest bid and relax, no panicking in the very last minutes before the auction closes.

The 2-Minute Rule:

If anyone bids on an item in the last 2 minutes before closing, our system will automatically add another 5 minutes to the clock. This way, you still have an opportunity to bid on your item. The 5-minute extension will continue until 5 minutes pass with no additional bids. Only then will the bidding close on that item.

You must be 18 years or older to bid.

14 Day Pick Up:

Once you win an item you are committed to purchasing and collecting the item within 14 days of the auction closing. If you do not pick up your winnings on time, the item will be passed on to the next highest bidder.

You can pick up your vouchers after Monday November 7, 2016 from Kamloops This Week.
